Indian Head Penny Beads
These shining copper beads are made using two indian head pennies. Because of the age and condition some may appear rough or smooth and features hard to make out. I am constantly looking for good quality ones so you guys get the best there is. The face on these are facing outward on both sides. The “tails” are toward the inside of the bead and are not visible. They are soldered together using silver solder and some solder may be apparent on the edges.
Indian head beads are made to order. Please allow for 3-5 days for production before shipping, some orders are completed faster.
These beads are created by cleaning, doming, and sanding the coin, then soldering them together. Then they are pickeled and polished to a bright shine. They all measure about 16 to 17 mm in diameter and 9-10mm in width.
Please specify the hole orientation you would like or no hole at all if you are planning on soldering a bail or jump ring to them! And yes you can solder nickels! If you’re planning on using for earrings or wanting the face to show outwards I can also drill them vertically or horizontaly. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination!
